中药复方联合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌临床疗效观察

目的：观察中药复方联合化疗对中晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法：采用双盲、随机、平行对照的方法，按照入院顺序将72例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，对照组单纯给予FOLFOX4方案化疗，治疗组采用中药复方联合FOLFOX4化疗，观察两组的临床疗效。结果：①消化道反应比较，治疗组显著低于对照组、化疗副作用小（P〈0．05）；②骨髓抑制比较，治疗组明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）；③KPS评分比较，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为58．33％和88．89％，有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）；④生活质量比较，治疗组显著优于对照组（P〈0．01）；⑤近期肿瘤客观疗效比较，治疗组有效率高于对照组，但无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：中药复方联合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌可明显改善患者症状，提高生活质量，减轻化疗副作用。

A clinical observation of treating advanced gastric cancer in the TCM herbal compound plus chemotherapy

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating advanced gastric cancer in the TCM herbal compound plus chemotherapy. Methods： 72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with applying the way of double-blind, randomized, parallel-control. Control group was simply received FOLFOX4, while the treatment group applying TCM herbal compound plus chemotherapy, then observe their clinical effect. Results： ①Compared their gastrointestinal reaction, treatment group was obviously lower than control group with lower chemotherapy side effects （P〈0.05）; ②Compared their bone marrow suppression, treatment group was also lower than control group （P〈0.01）; ③Compared their KPS scores, the total efficacy rate of control group and treatment were 58.33% and 88.89%, which had obviously difference （P〈0.01）; ④Compared their quality of life, treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.01）;⑤Compared recent tumor objective effect, the efficacy rate in treatment group was better than control group, but there has no statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： TCM herbal compound plus chemotherapy treating advanced gastric cancer can obviously improve symptoms and the quality of live, besides, which can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.
