| 摘 要： | 目的]研究健康教育对骨折病人康复锻炼依从性的影响.方法]将240例骨折病人随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予系统化、针对性的康复教育,对照组进行常规教育,统一发放问卷,比较两组病人健康教育前后康复知识掌握情况和依从性的差异.结果]实验组出院后康复知识得分、依从性得分均高于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论]对骨折病人实施健康教育有利于提高病人康复锻炼的依从性,促进骨折愈合.
