| 摘 要： | 目的:观察多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合茵栀黄注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝内胆汁淤积的疗效。方法:将73例慢性乙型肝炎肝内胆汁淤积患者随机分为2组,在予基础治疗的同时,分别予多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合茵栀黄注射液,单用茵栀黄注射液进行疗程为4周的退黄治疗。结果:多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合茵栀黄注射液有效率为83%,茵栀黄组有效率为62%,2组有效率经统计学处理差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合茵栀黄注射液治疗较单用茵栀黄组退黄效果明显,值得临床上推广。
