聚丙烯纤维增强再生水泥稳定碎石基层材料性能研究

摘    要:通过对0 %~0.4 %掺量聚丙烯纤维(PP)和0 %~60.0 %再生骨料(RA)进行了30组再生水泥稳定碎石材料组成设计,开展了无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、干缩系数及疲劳寿命性能试验研究。结果表明:采用0.3 %聚丙烯纤维可显著提升再生水泥稳定碎石相关性能,稳定碎石材料的疲劳寿命和劈裂强度受再生骨料掺量的变化最为敏感;在综合保障再生水泥稳定碎石性能的基础上,再生骨料利用率最大可达到50.0 %。

Study on Properties of Polypropylene Fiber Reinforced Recycled Cement Stabilized Macadam Base Material
Abstract:The composition design of 30 groups of recycled cement stabilized macadam material was carried out by using 0 %~0.4 % polypropylene fiber (PP) and 0 %~60.0 % recycled aggregate (RA). The experimental research of unconfined compressive strength, splitting strength, dry shrinkage coefficient and fatigue life performance were conducted. The result shows that the use of 0.3 % polypropylene fiber can significantly improve the related properties of recycled cement stabilized macadam, fatigue life and splitting strength of stabilized macadam materials are most sensitive to changes in recycled aggregate content. On the basis of comprehensively ensuring the performance of recycled cement stabilized macadam, the maximum utilization rate of recycled aggregate can reach 50.0 %.
