摘 要: | 锅炉做为能量转换的压力容器,其工作过程涉及许多参数,是典型的多入多出(MIMO)系统,控制系统容错能力的高低、可靠性的强弱直接影响锅炉运行过程的安全。冗余容错技术是改善控制系统可靠性的有效途径,以WinCC自带的软件冗余功能实现服务器硬件的热备,避免控制系统的瘫痪和崩溃,高性价比的提升了运行操作的可靠性,在锅炉控制领域有较强的推广和借鉴意义。

Research on Reliability of Boiler Control System using WinCC Redundancy |

Abstract: | As a pressure vessel of energy conversion,boiler's working process involves many parameters,and it's a typical multiinput and multi-output (MIMO) systems.The fault tolerance's level and reliability's strength of control system directly affect the safety of boiler operation process.Redundant fault-tolerant technology is an effective way to improve the reliability of control system.With WinCC's own software redundant function,it can realize the hot standby server hardware to avoid paralysis and collapse of control system.It improves the reliability of operation with high performance-cost ratio,and it has a strong promotion and reference significance in the field of boiler control. |
