电火花铣削加工用展成电极的设计

摘    要:为了解决电火花铣削加工中的电极损耗补偿难题,提出了一种基于线电极的电火花铣削加工方法,本文介绍了该方法的加工原理,提出了展成电极的概念及其设计要求,并对展成电极的总体结构、走丝机构、导丝杆的设计给出了较为详细的叙述。实验证明,利用设计的展成电极可在普通数控电火花加工机床上进行基于线电极的电火花铣削加工。

Abstract:In order to compensate the tool electrode wear of electrical discharge milling, a new process, electrical discharge milling with wire electrode was put forward. The principle of this process was introduced, and the concept of generating electrode and its design requirement were put forward, and the design of its structure, wire traveling mechanism and guide rod were described, Experiments indicate that the electrical discharge milling with wire electrode can be conducted on general NC EDM machine tool by using the generating electrode designed.
