民办高级职业护生实习前焦虑调查及对策

目的 了解民办高级职业护生在临近实习期的焦虑发生情况,并据此制定对策.方法 应用焦虑自评量表和自制简易影响焦虑因素问卷,对264名民办高级职业护生进行调查.结果 本组护生实习前1周焦虑评分高于实习前12周的焦虑评分和国内常模(P＜0.05);不同专业班级间护生的得分差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),儿科班得分相对较高,涉外班和助产班得分相对较低.本组76.1%护生担心竞争力低于公办院校学生,60.1%对实习期间工作内容不明确,54.2%担心真实操作成功率低.结论 民办高级职业护生在实习前存在一定的焦虑;担心竞争力低于公办院校学生、担心理论知识水平不能满足临床工作需要,是焦虑的主要因素.护理教育者应针对此特点,采取教育对策,以促进护生向实习护士的角色转变.

A Survey on Pre-practice Anxiety of Nursing Students in Private Vocational College
