1780热连轧机精轧机组辊型优化技术的设计及应用

摘    要:根据宁波钢铁1780热连轧机精轧机组采用的"窜辊+辊型+弯辊"的技术方案以及设备特点,以板形和板凸度质量和轧辊使用寿命为前提条件,优化设计精轧机组的轧辊辊型曲线。工作辊采用燕山大学连家创教授VCSW专利辊型,支承辊采用平辊+辊端辊型,根据典型规格产品进行辊型优化设计计算。配合燕山大学设计的板形控制系统,经生产考核,带钢板凸度命中率达到96%以上,带钢平直度良好。

Abstract:According to the roll shifting+roll shape+roll bending technology and device characteristics of Ningbo steel 1780 hot tandem mill,under prior condition of both strip shape control quality and roll life-span,the roll shape of finish stands was improved.The roll shape patent VCSW of Lian Jiachuang professor in Yanshan University was adopted as the working rolls,and the straight barrel + edge curve were adopted as the backup rolls.Roll shape parameters were specified through the optimization design calculation...
