| 摘 要： | 温福客运专线白马河特大桥双幅64m混凝土简支箱梁，共重3200t，采用造桥机一次架设。造桥机的设计采用拆装式军用梁，通过对总体布置和混凝土节段箱梁支承方式的方案比选，确定总体的设计方案，并对各分项设计、施工步骤和关健技术问题进行介绍。

| Abstract: | The erection of the 64-m span simply-supported twin concrete box girders, totaling 3 200 t in weight, of Baima River Bridge on Wenzhou-Fuzhou Passenger Dedicated Railway, was carried out and completed just in one time by overhead launching gantry. In the design of the launching gantry, the detachable military steel trusses were used and the design scheme for the gantry was finalized through comparison of the overall arrangement and supporting ways of the segmental concrete box girders. In this paper, the design of each part of the gantry, and the corresponding construction procedures and key technical issues are described. |
