磁性固体超强酸催化合成乙酸异戊酯

摘    要:制备了磁性固体超强酸并将其用于乙酸异戊酯的合成,考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响。结果表明:当乙酸的用量为0.1mol时,异戊醇为0.11mol,催化剂为1.0g,带水为剂15mL,反应1.5h时,酯化率可达96%以上。

Abstract:A magnetic solid superacid catalyst has been preparaed and the catalytic sysnthesis of isoamyl acetate has been studied. The effect of reaction conditions on the ratio of esterification are discussed. The results showe that the optimum conditions are as follows: based on 0.1mol acetic acid, molar ratio of acetic acid to isoamyl alcohol 1:1.1, catalyst 1.0 g, the water-entrainer 15 ml, reaction time is 1.5 h, the ratio of esterification is over 96%.
