| 摘 要： | 帕金森病病程长,并发症多,治疗困难,单纯西药治疗存在不良反应大,病人不能耐受等问题。中医药治疗以肝肾阴虚为基本病机,以滋补肝肾为主要治法,能改善症状,延缓病程,与西药联用可增效减毒等。文章通过论述以肝、肾、脾为核心,滋补肝肾为主,兼以醒脑开窍、益气健脾、化痰祛瘀等治法,以提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Parkinson disease has a long course, many complications and difficulty in treatment. It has problems such as the patients can＇t tolerance the side effects and discontinue the treatment when treated by western medicine. It proves that the tradi- tional Chinese medicine ean improve symptoms, postpone the course as well as enhance efficacy and reduce toxicity basing on nourishing liver and kidney. In order to obtain better clinical curative effect, the article is to put forward the treatment about the liver, kidney and spleen as the core of the disease as well as to analyze the basic therapy of nourishing liver and kidney with consciousness -restoring resuscitation, replenishing qi to invigorate spleen and dissipating phlegm and removing blood stasis. |
