高血压患者颈部血管杂音起源的超声评价

对１５例有颈部血管杂音的高血压患者作血管超声检查，发现６例存在颈部动脉狭窄或阻塞，７例颈部动脉扭曲，２例无明显血管异常。结果表明：（１）高血压患者闻及颈部杂音时，大多数（８６．７％）存在着颈部动脉的解剖异常；（２）动脉扭曲是高血压患者产生颈部血管杂音的重要原因之一。

Ultrasonographic Exploration for the Origin of Cervical Bruits in Patients with Hypertension

Fifteen hypertensive patients with cervical bruits were examined by color Duplex sonography to determine the origin of the murmurs. Cervical arterial stenosis or occlusion was found in 6 patients,cervical arterial kinking in 7 patients,and no significant vascular abnormalities could be found in the remaining 2 patients.These resuIts show that(1)most(86.7%)of the hypertensive patients with cervical bruits had anatomical arte-rial abnormalities,and(2)arterial kinking is an important cause of neck bruits in patients with hypertension.
