| 摘 要： | 如何在改造既有建筑功能及形象的同时,实现其绿色改造与优化,已成为既有建筑改造研究中新的关注点结合武汉建设大厦绿色改造的设计实践,探讨了既有建筑绿色改造过程中的设计策略及适宜技术,研究成果有助于丰富既有建筑绿色改造的内涵,拓宽绿色改造的领域,促进闲置建筑在全寿命周期内的可持续发展。 |

| Abstract: | It has been a new eco-building research focus as how to improve the environmental energy-saving effect of existing buildings with passive design strategies in their reconstruction, This paper introduces a comprehensive reconstruction practice of Wuhan Construction Building, and discusses the design strategies and appropriate technologies in green reconstruction of existing buildings. The research results will enrich the connotation of green reconstruction of existing buildings and promote sustainable development in the life cycle of unused existing buildings. |
