大学生自主创业影响因素及促进体系探析

大学生的自主创业是一个受到个人因素和环境因素影响的过程,环境因素包括家庭因素、学校因素和社会因素。这些因素影响了大学生创业过程的所有阶段。构建大学生创业扶持平台,关键是要丰富创业促进体系的内容,优化创业体系中的市场、政府、学校和大学生本身等各个主体的分工和职能。首先高校应鼓励大学生自主创业,建立大学生创业激励机制;其次政府必须出台鼓励、保护大学生自主创业的政策和法规,以法律的形式促进健康的大学生创业市场的形成,以不同的形式建立大学生创业孵化器。建立健全创业体系中各主体的职能分工,能够优化创业体系的功能,使大学生创业扶持平台发挥更加积极的作用。

College students＇starting a new career on their own is a course influenced by born personaland environmental factors. These environmental factors include family ones, campus ones and social ones and they produce influences on every stage of this pioneering course.The key to building a supporting platform for college students＇starting a new career lies in enriching the content of the pioneering system, optimizing the division of labour and function of each subject in the pioneering system, such as market, government, university, and college student himself. First of all, colleges and universities must encourage their students to start a new career on their own and establish a stimulating system for the college students to start a new career. Secondly, governments at all levels are to come up with policies and regulations to encourage and protect college students＇starting a new career on their own,using laws to foster the formation of a healthy market for college students starting a new career and establishing incubators of all sorts to help college students start a new career; and the function and division of labour of each subject in the pioneering system must be established and perfected ,and the function of the pioneering system must be optimized, so that the college students pioneering supporting platform can play a more positive role.
