| 摘 要： | 改变催产素持续静脉滴注的引产方法,应用脉冲式静脉滴注催产素引产,经88例临床应用,所有引产病人用药后即刻出现宫缩,引产成功81例,成功率92.05％,77例经阴道分娩平均总产程为15.12小时。且对胎儿、新生儿、分娩方式无不良影响,亦不增加产后出血率。

| Abstract: | The method of labor induction with oxytocin pulsing intravenous drip was used to instead of that of oxytocin continuous intravenous drip. It was applied to 83 cases clinicly. Uterine contraction was initiated immediately in all the patients after administration. Eighty-one cases suceeded in labor induction. The success rate was 92.05 percent. There were 77 cases delivering through vagina and the average total delivery time was 15.12 hours. The method had no side-effects on fetus, neonates and delivery patterns and it did not increase the rate of post partum hemorrhage. |
