Fe-Ni-Cr合金镀层耐蚀性能研究

摘    要:研究了DMF-Glycine水溶体系电沉积Fe-Ni-Cr合金镀层耐蚀性能,结果表明:合金镀层耐蚀性能随合金镀层中铬含量的增加而提高,含铬量为27%的合金镀层与18-8不锈钢蚀性能相近,合金镀层经热处理印化后耐腐蚀性能增强。

Abstract:The anti corrosion characteristics of the Fe Ni Cr coating in solutions of 5%NaCl?5%HAc or 5%H 2SO 4 have been measured by chemical immersion and electrochemical technique respectively. The corrosion resis tance increases with increasing chromiun content in coating. It raises obviously when the chromiun is up to 18%. When the content of chromiun is about 27%, the anti corrosion performance is comparable well with that of Cr18Ni8 stainless steel. The corrosion resistance of the Fe Ni Cr coating increases after heat treatment.
