钨钴硬质合金职业接触者血清KL-6水平的分析

摘    要:为了探讨硬质合金职业接触及相关因素对劳动者血清KL-6水平的影响,选取硬质合金接触组407名劳动者,非硬质合金作业的对照组297名劳动者,对所有研究对象进行基本信息问卷调查,检测各岗位钨、钴浓度,竞争法酶联免疫吸附实验检测研究对象血清KL-6水平。结果表明:接触硬质合金粉尘可增加外周血清KL-6水平;钴可能是硬质合金粉尘致肺损伤的主要危害因素;年龄、吸烟对血清KL-6水平无显著影响;饮酒可增加硬质合金粉尘接触者KL-6水平。

Abstract:To investigate the influence caused by occupational exposure and relative factors of carbide alloy on the KL-6 level of serum in workers, 407 workers in the group with exposure to carbide alloy were selected, as well as 297 workers in the control group without exposure to carbide alloy operation. The questionnaire survey of basic information was conducted on all the research objects, the concentrations of tungsten and cobalt in operation posts were detected, and the KL-6 level of serum in all the research objects were detected by the competitive ELISA. The results showed that the carbide alloy dust exposure increases the KL-6 level of peripheral serum. Cobalt may be the major hazardous factor that causes lung injury of carbide alloy dust. Age and smoking have no significant effects on the KL-6 level of serum, but drinking increases the KL-6 level of workers with exposure to carbide alloy dust.
