SPHC钢的冶炼实践

SMELTING PRACTICE OF SPHC STEEL

It is introduced the practice to produce low-carbon low-silicon aluminum killed steel SPHC.With measures adopted of optimizing production process,controlling slag amount in tapping of converter,protecting casting and refining with LF furnace,the composition of molten steel can be precision controlled,the inclusion in steel reduced to a large extent,molten steel casting property improved,surface and inner quality of casting billet reached the standard and meets the requirements form customers.
