广东部分地区淡水鱼华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染情况

摘    要:目的:了解淡水鱼华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染情况。方法:取淡水鱼肉、鱼鳃及鱼鳞,采用人工胃液消化法,镜下检查华支睾吸虫囊蚴。结果:鲩鱼肉平均感染度每克含囊蚴0.8个,鱼鳞0.05个,鱼鳃0.28个,鳊鱼肉平均感染度每克含囊蚴0.33个,野鲮未查出囊蚴。结论:佛山市南庄、九江和龙江,广州市增城和从化淡水鱼含有华支睾吸虫囊蚴,提示这些地区存在华支睾吸虫人畜传染源。

Abstract:Objective To study the infection of freshwater fishes with the encysted metacercaria of Clonorchis sinensis. Methods Meat, gills and scales samples were collected from the freshwater fishes, digested by artificial stomach liquid and examined for the encysted metacercaria of Clonorchis sinensis under microscope. Results The average infection rate of Ctenopharyngodon idellus was 0.8 per gram in meat, 0.05 per gram in scale and 0.28 per gram in gill. The infection rate of Parabramis pkinesis was 0.33 per gram in meat. The encyted metacercaria was not found in Laveo kontius. Conclusion Encysted metacercaria of Clonorchis sinensis were found in freshwater fishes in Nanzhuang, Jiujiang and Longjiang of Fushan, and Zengcheng and Conghua of Guangzhou. The infected freshwater fishes could be the source of parasitic zoonoses infection of these areas.
