摘    要:建立了液质联用法鉴定辣椒素类物质成分的方法。利用液相梯度洗脱对辣椒素类物质中各成分进行分离,并采用MSD对各成分进行定性分析,鉴定出包括降二氢辣椒碱、辣椒碱、二氢辣椒碱、高辣椒碱、高二氢辣椒碱等5种辣椒素类物质。

Abstract:A method for the identification of capsaicinoids by lc-ms was established.The components of capsaicinoids were separated by gradient elution in liquid phase and analyzed qualitatively by MSD,five capsaicin compounds were identified,including dihydrocapsaicin,capsaicin,dihydrocapsaicin,high capsaicin and high dihydrocapsaicin..
