摘    要:本文采用数值仿真与试验研究相结合的研究方法.为进一步提高药型罩有效射流量以及侵彻钢靶的深度,设计了三种药型罩不同前后级壁厚匹配方式的串联装药结构,并利用有限元软件LS-DYNA对药型罩不同前后级壁厚的串联装药结构射流的成形以及对钢靶的侵彻过程进行了数值模拟研究;配以相应的炸药装药进行试验研究,并对两种研究结果进行了简要的分析.结果表明,药型罩前后壁厚比为0.05 mm∶0.1 mm的装药结构要比其它壁厚比的装药结构形成的射流头部速度更高,侵彻钢靶更深,而且数值模拟与试验研究所得结论基本吻合.

Abstract:To increase the effective jet of liner and the depth of penetration into steel targets,three kinds of structures of series of liner were designed related to different liner’s front and back class thickness.The finite element software LS-DANA was used to simulate the formulation and penetration of the jet of different kinds of structures,and then the experiments were carried out accompanying with the appropriate quantity of explosive charge.The results indicate that when the charge structure with liner’s thickness proportion is 0.05 mm∶0.1 mm,it can get a higher jet tip velocity and a deeper penetration into the steel targets,and that the results are satisfactory in comparison with the numerical simulation and experimental studies.
