床头抬高报警器对ICU护士床头抬高达标率的影响

目的探讨有效提高ICU护士对机械通气患者床头抬高达标率的方法。方法根据病房单元的布局,将连云港市第一人民医院综合ICU的15张病床分为试验组(1~7床)和对照组(8~13床和15床),将综合ICU的39名护士随机分入试验组(n=19)和对照组(n=20)。两组病床均用量角器标示床头抬高角度,试验组病床安装自制床头抬高报警器,对照组常规管理。每天检查床头抬高角度5次(08:00、12:00、14:00、18:00、01:00),比较两组护士床头抬高的达标率。结果试验组护士对床头抬高30°~45°的达标率为100%,对照组为46.8%;且试验组在各个时间点对床头抬高30°~45°的达标率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.01)。结论使用床头安装床头抬高报警器能有效提高ICU护士对机械通气患者床头抬高30°~45°的达标率。

The Influence of the Elevation of the Head of the Bed Alarming on the Compliance of Elevation of Head of the Bed for ICU Nurses

Objective To explore an effective method to improve the compliance of elevation of the head of the bed for ICU nurses.Methods 1 5 beds were divided into study group （1-7 bed）and control group （8-13,and 15 bed）,and 39 ICU nurses were randomly divided into test （n=19）group and control group（n=20） according to stratified random grouping method.Study group installed the head-of-bed alarming,and control group complement the routine management.Daily check the head of the bad rising angle five time （08：00、12：00、14：00、18：00、01：00）,and the compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance of test group nurses to 30°-45°elevation of the head of the bed was 100%,while the control group was 46.8%.The compliance of experimental group to 30°-45°elevation of the head of the bed in every time point were higher than con-trol group （all P〈0.01）.Conclusion Installing the head-of-bed alarming can effectively improve the com-pliance of nurses about raising the mechanical ventilation patient’s bedside to 30°-45°.
