| 摘 要： | 用ＳＰ法分别对６４例宫颈癌、尖锐湿疣和假性湿疣标本中的人乳头瘤病毒衣壳抗原（ＨＰＶＡｇ）进行检测，结果显示：（１）尖锐湿疣中ＨＰＶＡｇ阳性率为７１．４３％；假性湿疣和宫颈癌组均呈阴性，三组间检出率有显著差异．（２）ＨＰＶＡｇ阳性核多位于上皮中浅层挖空细胞内．文中对典型挖空细胞进行了描述，并探讨了尖锐湿疣与假性湿疣在病理学中的主要鉴别诊断．

| Abstract: | By using S-P immunohistochemical technique, human papillomavirus (HPV) antigens was examined in 64 specimens from cervical carcinoma, genital condyloma and pseudocondyloma. The results showed: 1) HPV-Ag positive rate was 71.43% for condyloma, but HPV-Ag was found negative ( P <0.01) in pseudocondylomas and cervical carcinoma, and detective rate was significant among the three groups; 2) HPV-Ag positive nuclei were mostly located in some of sumperficial and medius koilocytes. In the paper the typical koilocytes were described and a pathological discussion was devoted to the main differential diagnosis between condyloma acuminatum and pseudocondyloma. |
