摘    要:1-氨基-1-肼基-2,2-二硝基乙烯(AHDNE)与氢氧化钾或碳酸铯反应得到相应的碱金属盐AHDNE-K 和AHDNE-Cs。 通过元素分析和红外光谱对其进行结构表征;采用单晶X射线衍射分析法测定了AHDNE-K的单晶结构,DSC技术研究了两种金属盐对3种改性双基推进剂主组分HMX、RDX和NC/NG热分解的影响。结果表明,AHDNE-K对NC/NG有明显的催化效果,使分解温度降低了约24 ℃,能量增加了1 316 J·g-1

Abstract:Two alkali metal salts,AHDNE-K and AHDNE-Cs were synthesized by reaction of 1-amino-hydrazino-2,2-dinitroethene(AHDNE) with KOH or Cs2CO3,and characterized by element analysis and FT-IR spectroscopy.The crystal structure of AHDNE-K was analyzed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.The effects of alkali metal salts on the thermal decomposition characters of three main components of modified double-base propellants such as HMX,RDX and NC/NG were investigated by DSC technique.The results indicated that AHDNE-K exhibited evident catalytic effects on NC/NG;its decomposition temperature was decreased by about 24 ℃ and decomposition heat was increased 1 316 J·g-1.
