非药物机制原发主动消减术后疼痛应用研究

目的 运用非药物方法原发主动消减术后疼痛。方法 在磁化器械的基础上，应用锐性分离组织为主的分离手段，局部致疼物质彻底冲洗，深部游离组织及区域外提供为减张的有效手段，小跨度交错缝合。结果 以分度对比的分析方法证实此方案可大幅度消减术后患者疼痛。结论 此方案简单易行，效果显著，不良反应少，实为值得临床推广应用的“绿色”实施方案。

Application Study of Non - drug Mechanism Primary Initiative on Reducing the Post - Operative Aches

Objective To explore non-drug mechanism primary initiative on reducing the post-operative aches.Methods On the basis of using magnetic appliances, the major way of sharp separation to tissue is adopted to wash out the local algogenic substance, to give the slight span interdigitating suture by the effective way of the separation to the deep tissue and giving the tension suture provided to the outside of local tissue.Results By graduate and contrast analytical methods, this plan has achieved the good result in greatly reducing the pain of patients.Conclusion This plan is simple and convenient as well as the notable result without harmful adverse and side effects, so it is worth clinical applying and being carried out as a "green" method indeed.
