产品族生命周期数据模型及其演化研究

为了更好地描述和管理产品内不同产品数据，提出了由产品主结构维、产品组维和视图维构成的产品族生命周期的3维模型。分析了产品族生命周期内的主结构、产品组和产品的不同演化过程，并采用演化矩阵对不同演化过程进行了形式化描述。产品主结构、产品组和产品的演化矩阵构成了产品族演化过程空间。将产品族模型与产品族演化过程相结合，可以获得产品族中任一产品结构视图对应的产品主结构、产品组和产品视图的演化过程。该方法已经在某电梯厂得到了较好的应用。

Lifecycle data model & its evolvement for product family

To describe and manage the evolvement processes and relationships of data in product family lifecycle, a 3 --D lifecycle data model was proposed, which was composed of product master structures view, product groups view and product structure view. After analyzing the evolvement processes of product master structures, product groups and products in product family lifecycle, the formal evolvement matrices were put forward to describe them. The evolvement matrices described the product family evolvement space. By the combination of product family data model and product family evolvement process, any evolvement process of product master structure, product group and product in product family lifecycle was available. The method had been applied in elevator design successfully.
