泄浊灌肠方对慢性肾衰患者临床症候及肾功能的影响

目的:观察泄浊灌肠方对慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能的影响。方法:选取2015年~2018年我院肾内科收治的80例慢性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组(38例),采用包醛氧淀粉进行治疗;观察组(42例),采用泄浊灌肠方进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效以及中医证候积分、血清肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)指标变化。结果:治疗后观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组,观察组中医证候积分显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后Scr、UA、BUA均下降,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泄浊灌肠方对慢性肾功能衰竭患者临床疗效确切,可改善患者临床症状,降低患者体内Scr、UA、BUA水平,清除患者体内毒素,改善肾功能。

Effect of Xiezhuo Guanchang Decoction on Renal Function and BUN and UA Levels for Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiezhuo Guanchang Decoction on renal function for patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:80 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our department of nephrology from 2015 to 2018 were randomly divided into controlled group(38 cases,Oxyamyli Aldehydum Tectum)and observation group(42 cases,Xiezhuo Guanchang Decoction).The post-treatment clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores,serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and uric acid(UA)indexes were observed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(85.71%vs 65.79%,P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the controlled group(P<0.05).The level of Scr,UA and BUA of the observation group were significantly lower than the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiezhuo Guanchang Decoction has a clinical curative effect in patients with chronic renal failure,which can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the levels of Scr,UA and BUA in patients,remove toxins from patients and improve renal function.
