| 摘 要： | 本文以研究3S等信息技术在土地动态监控管理中的关键机制,建立符合上海实际的网格化监管架构为研究目的,以实证分析和文献资料为研究方法,其研究结果提出了借鉴城市规划的网格化管理先进经验,实现土地利用网格化管理,实现"以图管地"的土地管理创新机制与方法。研究结论:通过网格化实现全市土地精细化、全覆盖和长效管理的机制,初步构建了全市土地规划信息、执法和审批信息系统。
