| 摘 要： | 以阿魏酸和根皮素为原料,合成了三种根皮素乙酰阿魏酸酯,采用IR、1H NMR、13C NMR和HPLC-MS对其结构进行表征.并测定根皮素及其酯的还原能力、清除DPPH自由基及·OH自由基能力,结果表明根皮素乙酰阿魏酸酯的抗氧化活性显著优于根皮素.

| Abstract: | Three new compounds were firstly synthesized by ferulic acid and phloretin.The target compound was characterized by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR and HPLC-MS,respectively.Reducing power,DPPH and ·OH radical scavenging assays were carried out to evaluate the antioxidant and free radical scavenging abilities of phloretin and its esters.The results showed that the antioxidant and free radical scavenging abilities of phloretin acetylferulic acid esters were stronger than that of phloretin. |
