集成状态检修数据管理与分析系统研究

电力企业在逐步实施设备状态维修过程中，遇到的一个问题是：如何收集和管理不同专业、不同设备、不同类型的设备状态数据，并为设备维修决策提供参考和依据。研究了如何集成点检设备、在线和离线状态监测系统数据，设计并组织全厂设备状态数据库，构造一套集成状态检修数据管理系统，并对该系统在状态分析，处理、故障诊断等方面的功能进行了探讨。

The Research of Integrated Condition Maintenance Data Management and Analysis System

In the course of the implement of Condition Maintenance in power enterprise, there is a problem: How to collect and manage data from different specialty, different equipments and different kind of condition points. And how to provide reference and data base for the decision of equipment maintenance. This paper studies how to integrate date coming from point check devices, on line and off line condition monitoring systems, and how to design and organize the center device condition database of the whole plant, and how to construct an integrate condition maintenance data manage system, and discusses condition analysis, dealing, fault diagnosis, and other part of the system in detail.
