| 摘 要： | 结合我公司2003年在彩南联合站施工的两座2000m3储罐的罐内工艺安装实践,介绍了中心柱导向倒装安装罐内工艺的施工方法。充分利用工艺罐中心柱的特点,给中心柱加上导向杆,在低处附着中心柱安装罐内工艺件,并随着中心柱边安装边提升,从而实现罐内工艺的倒装安装法。用此法施工,不用搭设脚手架,工效高,质量好,并能有效地解决主体材料和罐内工艺材料不同步所带来的难题。此法用在罐改造工程罐内工艺的施工中也是非常好的方法。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the sensereversing install technique for the technical central post in the tank according as the practice of two regulating storage tank at Chai Nan oil field.With this technique,it can realize high efficiency and high quality without falseworks.It solves the problems that caused with the stuff of tank not arriving in time effectively. |
