心理护理对精神分裂症自知力恢复的影响

目的：探讨心理护理对精神分裂症患者自知力的影响。方法：将精神分裂症80例随机分成药物治疗（对照组）40例和药物加心理护理（研究组）40例，分别于治疗前和治疗后12周末进行简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）、住院病人护士观察量表（NOSIE）和自知力与治疗态度问卷（ITAQ）测定。结果：BPRS在两组之间无显著性差异（P〉0．05）．NOSIE和ITAQ在治疗前两组间无显著性差异（P〉0，05），但12周末研究组得分高于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：心理护理对精神分裂症患者社会功能和自知力恢复有明显帮助。

Effect of psychological nurse on insight and treatment compliance of schizophrenic Patients

Objective:To study the effect of psychological nurse on insight and treatment compliance of schizophrenic patients. Methods:80 inpatients with diagnosis of schizophrenia were randomly assigned into the drug therapy only group and combined drug and psychological nurse group.The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),Nurses' Observation Scale about Patients(NOSIE) and Inight Treatment Attitude Questionnaire(ITAQ)were administered before and after treatment.Results: The two treatment groups showed no significant difference in BPRS,showed significant difference in NOSIE and ITAQ.Conclusions: Psychological nurse is effective in improving the insight and Social function of schizophrenic patients.
