滚刀铲磨干涉校核的数学方法

摘    要:本文采用空间座标转换的方法,建立了滚刀铲磨的数学模型。利用这个数学模型在计算机上可以模拟滚刀的铲磨并计算出当铲磨一个刀齿时砂轮与下一个刀齿侧刃与齿根的间隙,从而预测在什么条件下会产生侧刃或齿根的干涉。该方法比常规的作图校核法更准确,迅速,并为滚刀的CAD和CAM提供了数学手段。

Abstract:In this paper, a mathematical model for hob relieving grinding process has een developed using the method of three dimensional coordinate transformation. with this mathematical model the hob relieving grinding process can be bimulated on a computer and the clearance between the grindins wheel and sthe next cutting edge of the hob can be calculated when a tooth is being relie-ving-ground. Therefore, the interference both at the cutting edge and the tooth root with the grinding wheel can be predicted. This method is more accurate and quicker than the conventional graphic checking method and supplies hob CAD and CAM with a mathematical model
