海安县农村居民卫生服务需求与利用分析

目的:评价农村居民卫生服务需求、利用的现状及有关影响因素。方法:对江苏省海安县的3个村居民进行卫生服务家庭健康询问调查。结果:被调查居民的两周患病率为14.56%;疾病构成前3位分别是肌肉骨骼系统疾病(3.97%)、呼吸系统疾病(3.36%)、循环系统疾病(2.55%);2周就诊率为22.86%;年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度和家庭总收入是影响当地居民患病和就诊的重要因素。结论:当地农村卫生服务尚不能满足居民的卫生服务需求,应该大力加强和完善。

The residents' needs and utilization of health service in the rural areas of Haian

Objective: To study the residents needs and utilization of health service and its influential factors. Methods: Residents in the rural areas of Haian were interviewed at their home with questions. Result: The two-week prevalence of residents was 14.56%; the three major diseases were bone-muscle diseases , the respiration system diseases ; and the two-week consultation rate was 22.86%; the influential factors were ages, marital situations, educational levels and the total income of family. Conclusion: The health service in the rural Haian could not meet the needs of the local residents, and it ought to be strengthened and improved.
