配电网可靠性薄弱元件辨识模型及应用

可靠性跟踪方法是辨识电力系统薄弱环节的主要方法之一,通过跟踪分析可得到各元件对系统可靠性指标的贡献率,分析得到系统的薄弱环节。基于配电网分块算法和可靠性跟踪准则,提出配电网元件可靠性双层分摊模型,深入分析了可靠性跟踪指标,基于跟踪结果辨识出系统的薄弱环节,并给出可靠性的改善措施。应用可靠性跟踪原理以及双层分摊模型,对IEEE RBTS BUS6系统以及某地区实际配电系统进行了算例分析,辨识出以上系统的薄弱环节,并给出了可靠性改善措施。

Weak Parts Identification Model of Electrical Distribution Reliability and its Application

Reliability tracking is a major method to identify weaknesses links ( inappropriate installed transformers , lines and etc .) in power system , the contribution rate of each component on system reliability index is obtained by tracking analysis , and then , the weakness links in power system can be found .Double-sharing model of distribution network element reliability is proposed based on distribution network section algorithm and reliability tracking criteria in this paper , and reliability tracking indicators is analyzed deeply , and the weaknesses links in power system is iden-tified based on tracking results , then the reliability improvement measures are put forward .Application of the princi-ples of reliability tracking and double-sharing model , IEEE RBTS BUS6 system and a given actual distribution system as examples , we identify the weaknesses of these two systems , and put forward the reliability improvement measures .
