改良保留灌肠法治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

目的探讨理想高效的治疗溃疡性结肠炎的保留灌肠方法。方法选择符合溃疡性结肠炎诊断标准且无并发症的患者40倒，随机分为观察组（采用改良保留灌肠法灌肠）20例和对照组（采用传统保留灌肠法灌肠）20例。比较改良保留灌肠法和传统保留灌肠法在溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗中的作用。结果根据灌肠后的便意感，灌肠药液保留时间，灌肠10min后的脉率，灌肠的依从性等评价指标，两组灌肠效果比较，经过x2检验，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。结论改良保留灌肠法用于溃疡性结肠炎的治疗较传统的保留灌肠法效果好。

Curative Effectiveness of Improved Retention Enema for Ulcerative Colitis

Objective To probe in to an ideal and efficient retention enema for the ulcerative colitis. Methods 40 patients met the diagnostic standards of ulcerative colitis were divided randomly into 2 groups（n = 20 each group） ：observation group received the improved retention enema, while the control group conventional retention enema. The therapeutic effect of the two methods for ulcerative colitis was evaluated by the evaluation indexes such as the desire to defecate after enema, the retention time of enema liquid,the pulse rate 10 minutes after enema,the compliance of enema. Results The curative effects between the two groups had statistical difference（P 〈 0.01,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The improved retention enema method is more effective in treating ulcerative colitis than the conventional retention enema method.
