糖代谢异常和臂踝脉搏波传导速度与血浆同型半胱氨酸的关系

摘    要:目的:研究从糖耐量正常、糖耐量减低至糖尿病的发展过程中臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)与血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的变化,探讨其baPWV与HCY的关系。方法:60例患者,其中糖耐量正常、糖耐量减低、2型糖尿病各20例。每例均采用全自动动脉硬化仪测定baPWV及化学发光法定量检测HCY。结果:从糖耐量正常、糖耐量减低至糖尿病,随着糖代谢异常的加重,baPWV逐渐升高(P<0.05),HCY逐渐升高(P<0.05),且两者变化之间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:baPWV与HCY具有良好的相关性,二者均对了解糖尿病早期动脉硬化及其程度有一定的价值。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the changes of brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV) and homocysteine(HCY) in patients with abnormal glucose metabolism.Methods:60 subjects were divided into three groups: the normal glucose tolerance(NGT group),impaired glucose tolerance group(IGT group) and diabetes mellitus group(DM group) in each 20.The baPWV and HCY was measured by an automatic atherosclerosis assay and chemiluminescence respectively.Results:The carotid HCY and baPWV increased gradually(P<0.05) With worsening of abnormal glucose metabolism in order of NGT,IGT to DM.There was a positive correlation between baPWV and HCY(P<0.05).Conclusions:There is a good correlation between baPWV and HCY,and they can predict early atherosclerosis and severity of disease in patients with diabetes mellitus.
