摘    要:目的 探讨臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者视网膜病变分期的相关性.方法 将117例T2DM患者,根据眼底荧光造影结果分为无糖尿病视网膜病变组(NDR组)41例、非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变组(NPDR组)46例及增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变组(PDR组)30例.测定3组患者的baPWV,分析baPWV与T2DM患者视网膜病变分期的相关性.结果 关联性卡方检验显示baPWV测定的血管弹性减退程度与糖尿病视网膜病变的分期有关(P<0.05),Spearman相关性分析显示两者呈正相关(r=0.475,P<0.001).结论 随着T2DM患者视网膜病变进展,baPWV测定的血管弹性减退程度加重.

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation of brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV) with the staging of retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 117 patients with T2DM were divided into non-diabetic retinopathy group(NDR group,n=41),nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy group(NPDR group,n=46) and proliferative diabetic retinopathy group(PDR group,n=30) according to the result of fluorescein fundus angiography.baPWV was measured in the three groups.The correlation of baPWV with the staging of retinopathy in patients with T2DM was analyzed.Results Association analysis with chi square test showed that the degeneration severity of vascular elasticity acquired by baPWV was related with the staging of diabetic retinopathy(P<0.05),and Spearman correlation analysis showed that positive correlation was found between them(r=0.475,P<0.001).Conclusion In patients with T2DM,the degeneration severity of vascular elasticity acquired by baPWV gets worse when retinopathy deteriorates.
