摘    要:已成功运用于滚动轴承故障诊断中的共振解调技术,由于其共振解调器参数通常是固定不变的,使其应用范围受限。针对该技术存在的不足,通过分析滚动轴承振动信号的特点,利用信号峰度与故障之间的特定关系和遗传算法具有泛优化能力的优点,提出了一种以遗传算法为工具,并根据特定的设备和运行工况而动态设计共振解的新方法。试验研究表明,所提出的方法是有效可行的。

Abstract:Owing to that the parameters of the current resonant demodulation apparatus commonly used in fault diagnosis for rolling bearings are usually fixed, its application is somewhat limited. In the paper, the characteristics of the rolling bearing vibration signals are analyzed. By using the relationship between the faults and the kurtosis of the rolling bearing vibration signals, a new method to design the resonant demodulation apparatus is proposed based on genetic algorithm which is very popular in stochastic optimal problems. The feasibility and effectiveness of the method proposed are demonstrated by experiments.
