一种新型移相全桥高频正弦波逆变器的研究

摘    要:提出了一种高频正弦波逆变器的新型控制方式。该方式采用移相全桥拓扑,利用集成控制芯片ML4818的功能,以及对次级循环换流器的解调制,得到输出SPWM电压波形。给出了正弦波逆变器的主电路结构,分析了控制电路及电压前馈的工作原理。实验结果表明,该逆变器具有控制方式简单、输入电压范围宽及效率比较高等优点。

Abstract:A new control method for high frequency sine wave inverter is presented in this paper.A SPWM output voltage is obtained through adopting phase-shifted full bridge,using integrate chip ML4818 and demodulating the secondary cycloconverter.The structure of the sine wave inverter is given,the working principles of the control circuit and voltage feedforward are analyzed. The experimental result shown that the proposed inverter owns the advantage of simple control scheme,universal range of input voltage and high efficiency.
