| 摘 要： | 农业劳动力份额由75％下降到10％，被视为一国基本上完成农业劳动力转移的标志，要做到这一步，根据预测我国大约需要55年的时间。作者在分析农业剩余劳动力转移障碍的基础上，提出了引导农业剩余劳动力合理流动的对策。

| Abstract: | That the share of rural labor declined from 75% to 10% is regarded as the remark one country basically finishes his rural labor transfer. According to prediction, it needs about 55 years for our country to achieve this. The author brought forward the countermeasure to lead the reasonable rural surplus labor flow on the basis of analysis to the rural surplus labor transfer obstacle. |
