摘    要:在用焊接绝热气瓶日蒸发率是焊接绝热气瓶的重要性能指标之一,根据在用焊接绝热气瓶的热稳定性、介质及应用的实际特点,提出在用焊接绝热气瓶日蒸发率定检测量方案,相对于国标规定的测试方法,该方案充分利用了在用焊接绝热气瓶的特点,主动创造出进行日蒸发率测量条件,缩短测试准备时间,简化测试过程。数据处理中以焊接绝热气瓶的测试数据为基础,通过计算给出日蒸发率值,以便于与标准规定值比较。

Using Welded Insulated Cylinders Static Evaporation Rate Measure Periodic
Abstract:It is an important performance that static evaporation rate measure periodic of using welded insulated cylinders. According to characters of heat stabilization/cryogenic liquid and installment of using welded insulated cylinders, the paper put forward the project of static evaporation rate measure periodic. Comparing to the method of national standard, it made full use of characters of using welded insulated cylinders, created the condition to measure, cut the time to prepare and process to measure. In the data processing, it gave the result base on measuring data, which was convenience to contrast national standard.
