| 摘 要： | 选择心力衰竭伴快室率房颤患者 ,经充分抗心力衰竭治疗不能有效控制心率和改善心功能者 34例 ,加用小剂量胺碘酮治疗。结果大多数患者的心功能状态明显改善 ,心室率下降。认为只要注意监测 ,剂量恰当 ,胺碘酮治疗充血性心力衰竭伴快室率房颤安全有效

| Abstract: | Patients with heart failure complicated with rapid ventricular rate and fibrillation received the treatment of complete anti-heart failure. But 34 patients' heart rates were not effectivelly under the control and their heart function could not be improved. So low-dose amiodarone was added to the therapy. Results showed that most patients' heart function state could be obviously improved, and their ventricular rates decreased. It is suggested that it is safe and effecitve that amiodarone in the treatment of congestive heart failure complicated with rapid atrial fibrillation, only that the monitor and dosage should be paied attention to. |
