摘    要:将绳系稳态方程作为整个系统的约束条件,将钢丝绳的长度作为系统内的变量,并且采用遗传算法对整个系统进行了优化,从而对其进行了修正。最后用此方法对双机三点吊进行了数值模拟,取得了较好的效果,计算结果还进一步验证了吊装过程中最大弯矩的出现不一定是水平位置。

Abstract:In this paper,the equilibrium equation of rope system is used as constraint condition,the length of steel rope is regarded as a system variable and the genetic algorithm is applied to optimize the whole system.Through these measures,the above faultinesses are rectified.At last,Three points suspension with two cranes is successfully simulated by the rectified method and the results validate that the maximum not always occur just at the horizontal angle in the hoisting process.
