摘    要:对桐粕粗蛋白降解菌DBTM1的培养条件进行了优化.采用单因素试验法对DBTM1发酵的主要影响因素温度、转速、初始pH值等进行了研究,通过正交试验对其发酵培养基在摇瓶培养阶段进行了优化.并在优化后的条件下绘制了该茼的生长曲线.结果表明,该菌株适合的种子培养基各成分质量分数为玉米粉1.50%、蛋白胨0.75%、NaCl 0.50%,最适生长温度为35℃,最适初始pH值为6.5,最适转速为210 r·min-1;DBTM1生长影响因素的大小次序为蛋白胨>温度>转速>玉米粉.

Abstract:The culture conditions of disintegrator bacteria of tung meal DBTM1 were firstly investigated.The fermentation of DBTM1 was investigated through single-factor test.The main factors were temperature,rotate speed and initial pH.The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the medium,and then the growth curve of the bacteria was determined in the optimized condition.The results showed that the suitable medium composition(%):corn powder 1.50,tryptone 0.75,NaCl 0.50.The optimal fermentation conditions were: te...
