倍他司汀治疗椎基底动脉供血不足血流动力学的研究

目的探讨盐酸倍他司汀对椎基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效。方法对120例椎基动脉供血不足患者随机分为两组，倍他司汀组和西比灵组，各组60例，倍他司汀8mg，1次／d，口服，西比灵5mg，1次/d，疗程均为10d，每周行经颅多普勒（TCD）检测，评价颅底血流动力学的变化。结果治疗组痊愈57例（95％）、有效2例（3．3％）、无效1例（1．6％），总有效率98.3％；对照组痊愈42例（70％）、有效11例（18．3％）、无效7例（11．6％），总有效率86．6％。结论倍他司汀缓解脑血管痉挛及改善脑动脉的血流量，治疗椎基动脉供血不足疗效明显，均优于西比灵，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。

Hemodynamic Study of Betahistine on Vertebrobasilar Artery Insufficiency

Objective To explore the clinical efficiency of betahistine hydrochloride on vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency vertigo.Methods There 120 cases vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency vertigo patients were randomly divided into two groups,one 60 cases were treated with betahistine,as therapy group,8mg p.o.qd,10 days;the other were sibelium,as control group,5mg,p.o.,qd,10 days.Every weekend each patient was received transcranial Doppler(TCD) to evaluate the haemodynamics parameters changes of vertebrobasilar artery.Results In the therapy group,57 cases(95%) were cured,2cases(3.3%) were effective,1 case(1.6%)was ineffective,and the whole effective rate was 98.3%.In the control group,42 cases(70%) were cured,11 cases(18.3%) were effective,7 cases were ineffective,and the whole effective rate was 86.6%.There exit statistics significance between two groups effective rate comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion Betahistine has good clinical effect on vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency vertigo with compare of sibelium.
