摘 要: | 选用欧姆龙CP1H型PLC,通过其脉宽调制(PWM)输出控制固态继电器通断,改变电加热炉的功率,实现高精度的温度控制.PWM的占空比对应固态继电器通断时间比,由PLC根据温度误差按PID算法计算出来.实际使用表明,当炉温控制在1200℃时,控制精度可达到±3℃.

Abstract: | Choosing CP1H type PLC of Omron and controlling the on-off of solid state relay through PLC’S pulse-width modulation(PWM) output,the power of an electric furnace is adjusted,so a high accurate temperature controlling can be realized.The duty cycle Of PWM corresponds to the on-off time ratio of solid state relay,which is calculated by the PLC according to the temperature error using PID algorithm.The control precision is ±3℃ when the furnace temperature is 1200℃. |
