| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨和分析服刑犯人精神障碍患病情况.方法 对75例在服刑期间出现精神障碍的司法精神医学鉴定案例进行回顾性调查分析.结果 服刑犯人精神异常多见于青壮年男性,在75例犯人中,重性精神病(精神分裂症、情感性精神病)共41例,其中无服刑能力39例(95.12%);轻性精神病(拘禁性精神病、癔症、神经症)共16例,其中无服刑能力7例(43.75%).结论 服刑犯人在服刑期间易出现精神问题,加强心理指导可以预防精神病的发生,提高服刑能力.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore and analyze mental disorders developed in criminal.Methods Data of forensic psychiatric ex- pertize of 75 criminals in custody were retrospectively analyzed.Results The criminals had mental disorders most are young and middle-aged men.Among 75 criminals,41 were diagnosed as major psychoses(schizophrenia and affective psychosis)and 39(95. 12%)among them showed that they had no competence of imprisonment;16 were diagnosed as minor psychoses(prison psychosis, hysteria and neurosis)and 7(43.75%)among them showed that they had no competence of imprisonment.Conclusion Crimi- nals in custody is liable to develop psycho-problems,mental health education should be enhanced in order to prevent psychosis and improve their competence of imprisonment. |
