掘进工作面复杂环境因素与人因伤亡事故的关联度分析

摘    要:为探究煤矿掘进工作面的温度、湿度、噪声、照度、粉尘等环境因素对人因伤亡事故发生的影响,进一步明确不同类型的人因伤亡事故与各环境因素之间的关系,针对人因伤亡事故的发生与各环境因素之间不具有确定的线性关系,而是具有灰色系统的特点,运用灰色关联分析方法建立了不同类型人因伤亡事故与环境因素之间的灰色关系模型,分析了掘进工作面不同类型的人因伤亡事故与各环境因素之间关联程度的大小。结果表明,在煤矿掘进工作面的温度、湿度、噪声、照度、粉尘5个环境因素中,温度是影响掘进工作面人因伤亡事故的最主要因素,其次是光照,再次是温度。

Abstract:The present paper aims to bring forward a piece of correlation analysis of the controversial environmental factors and human casualty accidents in coalmine stopes.As is known,production safety and security serves as the key factors that play decisive roles in guaranteeing the successful production in the coal mine,however,it is found that,in most cases,it is the human beings or production managers that cause the production accidents in the statistical analysis of coal mine cases.In addition,there exist close relations between the human casualties and complex environmental factors.Therefore,it is of primary importance for us to explore the impact of the different environmental factors on the human casualty accidents.Such factors,to our knowledge and experience,can be categorized into temperature,humidity,noise,illumination,dust and so on.And,more broadly speaking,it can be imagined that accidents occur due to the irregular relations between the human casualty cases and the environmental influences.Otherwise,there cannot be found any determinative linear relationship between human casualty accidents and the environmental factors.It is just based on such a kind of strong belief that we have established a grey correlation model between the different types of human casualty cases and the environmental factors with the characteristics of gray systems.At the same time,we have also analyzed the size of the degree associated with the different types of human casualty accidents and the environmental factors,discovering that the environmental factors in many ways can also be the key factors leading to the disastrous human casualty.If we can take lessons timely from such bitter disasters,it would be beneficial for us to improve the production environments effectively and arm ourselves with a theoretical weapon to improve the management of the production environment and in turn reduce human casualty tragedies.In conclusion,the research results of the paper show that(1) of all the types of human casualty accidents,the impact of various environmental factor on the human fatal accidents is of vital significance;(2) the temperature of the coalmine heading face is the most important factor of human casualty accidents in the stope,followed by the importance of lighting,humidity,noise,illumination,dust and other corresponding environmental factors in coal mine stopes.
