摘    要:以粉煤灰为载体,采用共混法制备了以CuO为活性组分的固体催化剂,并对印染废水进行了催化氧化实验。结果表明:在pH为6~7、反应时间为40m in、外掺10%CuO的粉煤灰催化剂投加量12~16g/500mL时,催化氧化效果最佳。该催化剂经简单再生处理后能回复75%以上的催化活性。

Abstract:A kind of solid catalyst,which is composed of fly ash as carrier and copper oxide(CuO) as an active compenet is prepared.And some tests of catalytic oxidation treatment for printing and dyeing wastewater are carried out.The results indicated that under the conditions of pH 6~7,oxidation time is 40min,ratio of copper oxide to clay is 1∶10,and the dosage of the catalyst is 12~16g/500mL,the efficiency of catalytic oxidation is optimal.After simple treatment of regeneration,the activity of regenerated catalyst can recover to more than 75% of original catalytic activity.
